We recently discussed how AI impacts the Construction and Engineering (AEC) industry. Now it’s time to dive into how Project Managers can use AI embedded in their Project Execution technologies to improve productivity and efficiency. These prompts help mitigate some of the risks associated with AI, along with the time it takes to build the schedule being reduced from days to hours.

Generative AI can identify potential risks by analyzing historical project data, external factors, and current project information. Stay alert to potential schedule delays, schedule quality issues, and process inefficiencies, or even understand which projects pose the most significant safety risk.
