Job Summary: Project Partners (now Broadpin) is seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in project-centric industries such as Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client project management and business processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership to our clients in order to streamline and improve business processes. Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Primavera Unifier to meet client requirements. Conduct business process analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Unifier workflows. Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and administrators on Unifier functionalities. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Unifier solutions. Assist in the integration of Unifier with P6 EPPM, Oracle Fusion), and other enterprise systems as needed. Collaborate closely with clients to define and document business and functional requirements. Develop reports, dashboards, and custom scripts, as necessary. Stay up to date on industry trends, Unifier updates, and best practices. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a project-centric industry (Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, etc.). Proven experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation, configuration, and support. Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow configuration, and cost management within Unifier. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and user training. Proficiency in Web Services and integration techniques for Unifier. Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM implementation/consulting experience. Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) implementation/consulting experience. Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and integrations. Experience with BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, or other reporting tools. You will lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) that drives successful delivery, knowledge development, and commercial enablement for your domain across North America. This is a regional leadership role with dual accountability: Contributing to topline services revenue through pre-sales support and delivery execution, and Ensuring effective utilization and development of consultants and specialists within your CoE. You will collaborate closely with Regional Operations/Services Directors, Delivery Managers, Sales and Industry teams, and the Chief Operations Officer to ensure that your solution area is ready to support BROADPIN’s growth strategy across all regions. As regional demand grows, you will play a key role in shaping how and where your CoE scales with local delivery capacity. You will also drive standardization, capability development, and knowledge sharing globally, ensuring consistent and high-quality service across all customer engagements. Key Responsibilities Solution Capability Leadership Own and develop BROADPIN’s delivery capability in your solution area, including skills roadmap, staffing tooling, and delivery methodologies. Function as regional subject matter expert (SME) and primary escalation point for complex solution-related challenges. Support solution packaging, delivery readiness, and Innovation in collaboration with the COO and sales enablement functions. Contribute to thought leadership, service line positioning, and Go-to-market initiatives for your solution domain. Commercial & Delivery Enablement Provide pre-sales support on strategic opportunities, including proposal development, estimation, and solution design. Track and support revenue contribution of your CoE by collaborating with regional sales and delivery teams. Drive delivery quality and customer satisfaction across engagements involving your solution area. Work with the PMO and delivery leads to ensure project governance and delivery standards are upheld. Talent Management & Utilization Manage and grow the team of consultants, architects, and specialists within your CoE. Monitor and improve consultant utilization in collaboration with regional operations and resource management. Lead onboarding, mentoring, training, and certification programs for your domain. Contribute to hiring plans and career development strategies in coordination with regional leaders. Coordination & Collaboration Align regularly with Global CoE Lead to drive cross-domain integration and knowledge sharing. Support regional Operations/Services Directors in capacity planning and talent deployment for local market needs. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in solution delivery, architecture, or consulting in the Oracle PPM (EBS/Fusion Project Costing, Billing, Financial Management, Execution Management) domain. Proven ability to lead teams and scale capabilities to support regional growth targets. Solid technical and functional knowledge of the Oracle product suite and associated implementation best practices. Strong commercial understanding of solution value propositions and delivery of economics. Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills. Comfortable operating in a matrixed global environment with dual reporting lines. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
